Our industry research showed that in an increasingly complex and fragmented media landscape, agencies and their partners were crying out for technological innovation that made processes faster, simpler, boosted bidding performance and delivered efficiencies. Speed and operational streamlining were the watchwords.

At the very start of 2024 we launched Yahoo Blueprint, a centralised suite of AI tools for our DSP, to meet these expectations. During the year we expanded the offering with the innovative Yahoo Blueprint Performance - an enhanced, cutting-edge opt-in AI bidding model which raised the bar for performance. It provides super-charged bidding abilities that deliver measurable cost savings with more budget going on working media, whilst the advertiser remains in control throughout. This amazing resource can process 10 times more data signals for more accurate bid predictions and has a 90% faster feedback loop for quicker oversight of budget delivery, among many other features that optimise the operation.

Yahoo Blueprint Performance is such a strong proposition that 56% of eligible UK advertisers have opted into the service across their campaigns.

Both Yahoo Blueprint and Yahoo Blueprint Performance are in continuous evolution and recent improvements include the debut of the Blueprint IQ chatbot, leveraging Generative AI to offer conversational responses that guide advertisers through the use of the DSP tools.
