Josko leads Talon’s comprehensive AdTech investment, driving technology-led business change. In just four short years since joining Talon, he's launched three new platforms – Plato, Ada and Atlas. Whilst the OOH industry has faced severe setbacks since the start of the pandemic, Josko has been committed to developing tech that has enabled the industry to bounce back with incredible strength. In a testing time when other businesses were cutting back, Josko ensured Talon continued to invest in tech and migrated our platforms to our US business. As a result of his incredible work with our Covid-19 mobility dashboard, he has enabled Talon to retain more than £16 million worth of business which would have otherwise been lost due to Covid-19 cancellations or deferments. Furthermore, Josko pioneered the reimagination of OOH and set the standard for how programmatic should be adopted by the industry to make the whole ecosystem more transparent and effective. Atlas, Talon’s programmatic OOH platform is proving the power and effectiveness of Programmatic OOH for our clients whilst generating new revenue streams Admirably, Josko’s view of success transcends beyond the business to support the industry too. He regularly helps smaller businesses develop their own solutions to move the industry forward as a whole. Aside from his work accomplishments, Josko dedicates his time to fostering tech talent and next-generation leaders. As a long-time campaigner to get more women into technology, he works hard to cultivate future talent and also mentors children inspired by the world of tech.
