At DEPT®, emerging technology is at the heart of everything we do, enabling a global team of 4,000+ to innovate and pioneer new ways of helping our clients solve complex problems. Leading the charge is Isabel Perry, Global VP of Emerging Technology. In the last 12 months, she's been pivotal in setting the strategic vision for AI at DEPT® and placing emerging tech at the service of our people and clients. This has led to AI driving over 30% of the agency’s revenue, and we anticipate 10% of revenue to come from turnkey AI solutions and 80% from AI-enabled work by 2025. Over the past year, Isabel has made a name for herself throughout the industry thanks to her unique insights shared during panel discussions at CES, Advertising Week NY, and London Tech Week. She's become a sought-after voice in the media for her insightful yet pragmatic commentary on AI and emerging tech. She has been quoted in Ad Age, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and Insider. Isabel is also deeply invested in the ethical side of emerging tech, ensuring that we do everything possible to support our employees and help them further develop their skills. She worked with lawyers to establish our AI Code of Principles and internal legal guidelines outlining the values and guiding principles for working with AI. This work has also contributed to the work of our Digital Ethics Board. Finally, she has led the rollout of 50+ AI masterclasses hosted by employees and external experts.
