Ally Tyger-Doyle

Ally is MiQ's DEI EMEA Lead and is part of MiQ's UK Leadership team. With over 12 years of experience in advertising, she's passionate about shaking up AdTech. She has primarily worked within the branding and advertising industry as an Account Director leading global brand identities and employee engagement programmes across iconic and challenger FMCG and corporate brands after training as a Graphic Designer. Over the last five years, she has worked on pivoting her career to be more focused on DEI. Previously she volunteered on Bloom UK's board as Head of The Exchange 2021, championing women's careers, and became a DEI guest writer for Rock My Wedding. She also continues to be an industry mentor supporting tomorrow's talent, and she sits on BRiM's Advisory Board championing the Black talent of the now and the future.
